• Valid credit card for the initial deposit 

You do not have to call when you are done with the equipment. However, you should call us if any of the following applies: 

• You need the tool longer than your indicated rental term. 
• Your facility will be closed on the day of your pre-determined pickup period. 

Our equipment is maintained to the highest standards, ensuring no damage or malfunction. As such, if your tool is compromised upon pickup of your rental, you will be liable for the damages. However, we do take into account normal wear and tear and ensure fair inspection of our equipment. 

Our equipment is delivered with a full fuel tank for your convenience. As such, any additional fuel requirements will be your responsibility. Furthermore, equipment must be returned with a full fuel tank to avoid refueling charges.
